So who else is going to post pictures?

We're going to take pictures tonight and I'll post! This is so fun! So what are some snacks you all are eating? I usually go for fishies or what ever I make the girls so I need some ideas!

    I usually always eat fruit/vegetables for a snack. The only way I'll eat F&V is if I prepare it ahead of time in containers or baggies all at once...wash, cut, baggie, etc. It's annoying to do becuase it takes a while but it's so worth it. That way it's easy and quick to grab and I won't be as tempted to eat other things. It also makes me eat what I buy and I don't waste it or let it go bad.

    I love to mix grapes, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries together. I also eat a banana a day, somtimes I use a little PB.

  3. Snacks that I do -
    if you are working out, right after a work out you need to eat protien. I got the Jillian Michaels protien shakes (vanilla flavored) at Wally World and they taste great. you can even add a banana or other fruits to it. I also LOVE eating nuts...best nut for you are Almonds - whole and natural! You can have 24 nuts in a serving and they give me the satisfaction of MUNCHING something and believe it or not, 24 nuts goes a long way!
    I also do celery sticks and PB. Gotta be careful of the PB though - too much is not good, but it is a good fat.
    You can also look up negative calorie foods - VEGGIES - and you can eat AS MUCH AS YOU WANT!!!
    Also, another good snack - one glass of chocolate milk. Nestle's chocolate powder is sugar free and it's less than 100 calories. Milk does a body good!!!
    Today my snacks were:
    24 almonds with half banana
    then later in the afternoon I had a glass of chocolate milk.
    I got one 30 minute work out in and then I walked this evening - 3 miles.

  5. more snack ideas - cheese sticks (like string cheese), but they make Weight Watchers brand with less calories. Raisins. Whole grain English Muffins (only 120 calories and I love toast!!) also, I have started chewing gum - so that I don't OVER snack! and DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! You know how we are supposed to be drinking about eight 8oz glasses of water a day? Well, I read that for every 10lbs you are overweight, you need to add another 8oz glass of water. Yeh, so i'm supposed to be drinking like 50 glasses of water!! HA HA HA! just kidding! I am about 20lbs over what I "should" weigh (according to my height and age) so I should be drinking 10 glasses of water a day. that means I peeeeeee all day!!! ha ha ah ha ha ah ha!
