Grandpa, I e-mailed you my beginning weight and I'll put my check in the mail tomorrow(Tues.) As for everyone else, I'm SUPER excited and I'm looking forward to keeping each other motiviated.
Today I got back into writing down what I eat. I got a total of 5 fruits and vegetables in and I drank 5 bottles of water so far. Jeffrey went on a 30 minute power walk with me tonight. I'll be honest, I've been doing Weight Watchers since January and I've SLOWLY have lost 8.4 pounds. So Grandpa's Biggest Losers has alreay helped me to regain my focus!
Ryan and Kim are in. We started the day off right I (Ryan) went to the doughnut shop ordered a dozen of them and some chocolate milks for the girls and a large Dr. Pepper for me. We are gonna pack it on until thursday then you are all in trouble I am gonna be like a drill SGT. on Kim and my Dr. Pepper keg is gonna be gone sorry Rob but you might be bringing sexy back but we will let everyone know what the definition is! And it might get scary cause I might post a picture of the before gut shot.
Last night was when I started - I did a 30min cardio workout video that I borrowed from a friend and it kicked my butt! Today I started out with a slow walk around the block with the girls and when I put Claire down for a nap this morning I did the video again. I did much better this time, but it still kicked my butt! I am writing down everything I eat to see what iam putting in my mouth. i am drinking lots of water. Ryan - I will post a gut picture if you do!! I think we all should - that would make for a lovely slideshow at our upcoming family reunion! Keep it up everyone!
