Melanie is Frusterated!

I weighed in at WW tonight and I weigh the EXACT SAME AS LAST WEEK!!! Any suggestions?

  2. Hey Mel, im sure weight watchers is good on helping you with your diet. Im not sure how your workouts go but if you do the same thing day in and day out its not good, you got to keep your body guessing on what is to come. Do a different work out everyday to not let your body get set in its ways. (if that makes any sense).......Ryan
