Melanie's Week 2 Update
I just got home from WW and I'm really bummed out. I gained 0.2 pounds :( . I'm especially discouraged because this was my first full week of no Diet Dr. Pepper and I went to the gym four times and had a good workout. Those were both two major improvements for me too. I don't know what happened. Maybe I got "comfortable" since I lost my first 10 pounds. All I can say is you can bet your bottom dollar that this week I'm going to be SO strict with myself and kick things up a notch! I need to power through this!!! Wish me luck! :)
