Wahooooo! I (Melanie) weighed in tonight at WW (Weight Watchers) and I lost 2.8 pounds last week! Grandpa gave me permission to weigh in on Mondays instead of Thursdays because I was already going to WW AND I don't have a scale. :) Anyways, I'm really proud of myself because I worked hard to eat what I was suppose to. I have also given up my Diet Dr. Pepper! :( Let me tell you, I've NEVER experienced a migraine before until this last weekend. It started Sat. and left today, NOT FUN! I slept all weekend and I even took a sick day today...seriously. Oh well, it's for a good cause...to be HEALTHY! Yeah for me!
Just because I'm excited and want to share, since I started WW in January, I've LOST 11.2 pounds! Don't worry, only 2.8 of that counts for Grandpa's Losers so far!

ReplyDeletePS while we lived in Blythe there was a lady that brought Chili to a RS cook off and it was a WW recipe. Could you post it when you have a chance. It was sooo good and Healthy too!
And Ryan gave up Diet Dr Pepper too. And he's and already loosing weight!
